Service estimates
All service estimates are subject to in-person diagnosis. The diagnostic fee is applied toward the cost of the repair when the customer authorizes the work.
Warranty
Parts we install carry a 1-year warranty. Labor on workmanship carries a 90-day warranty. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, power surges, or unrelated component failures.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the repair. We accept cash, all major credit cards, Zelle, and Venmo.
Cancellation
We ask for at least 2 hours notice for appointment cancellations or reschedules so we can serve other customers.
Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair work performed. We are not responsible for incidental damages, food spoilage, or loss of use beyond the repair charge.
